Position Overview

Ultimate Staffing Services is actively seeking an experienced Sales Manager to join their client's team in California. This is a dynamic and rewarding opportunity for a proven sales professional to lead and drive business growth. The ideal candidate will have significant experience in client-facing roles and a strong track record in closing sizable deals, particularly in a national or multi-regional capacity. This role is not suitable for entry-level candidates or those with limited experience in administrative or back-office support roles.

Responsibilities

  • Conducting sales activities with a focus on client satisfaction and business growth.
  • Managing and maintaining the Paycom database for all new hire onboarding paperwork.
  • Handling high volumes of inbound telephone calls and emails from clients and team members.
  • Developing and implementing sales strategies to meet or exceed sales quotas.
  • Leading contract negotiations with confidence and professionalism.
  • Driving business across multiple territories and managing client relationships.
  • Ensuring all customer interactions align with the company's standards and policies.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of direct sales experience, preferably B2B.
  • A strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
  • Hands-on contract negotiation experience.
  • Confidence in managing client relationships and driving business across multiple territories.
  • Industry knowledge is a plus, but the emphasis is on transferable, high-level sales ability.

Required Work Hours

Monday through Friday, full-time position.

Benefits

  • Salary: $100,000 to $120,000, based on experience, with an additional $6,300 annual car allowance and a performance-based bonus.
  • Pay Schedule: Bi-Weekly.
  • Base Office: Fresno, Remote Position.
